Peter Wastell is the founding director and Principal at Verulam Advisory. A Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) and The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) Peter is well known for finding innovative and cost-effective solutions for businesses facing financial problems and insolvency.
Peter has over 25 years experience in the insolvency profession and was previously a partner in a large national firm.
He and his team provide a hands-on, personal and discrete service to clients with a particular focus on always keeping costs at manageable levels.
William Turner has worked in the insolvency and restructuring profession since 1990 and was a partner and director with two national firms in London and the Home Counties, before rejoining former colleague Peter Wastell in 2019 to found our new Bournemouth office. He is well known for his calm, sensible and cost-effective approach.
William is an Insolvency Practitioner and a Chartered Accountant. He has acted as Liquidator, Administrator, Administrative Receiver, Supervisor and Trustee in numerous situations and brings a wealth of experience to Verulam Advisory.
Peter Nicholas Wastell is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the United Kingdom by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA).

In the first instance, you should deliver your complaint in writing, which will be acknowledged within 1 week. A full response will be issued within 3 weeks after the matter has been fully investigated.

Any initial advice given in insolvency matters, in writing or by telephone, is given free of charge and without obligation.
If you wish to instruct Verulam Advisory thereafter, we will discuss your requirements, and how we can assist you. An Engagement Letter will then be sent to you which will set out the terms and conditions of the assignment, and the basis for which we will charge fees to you, or the insolvent estate.
