At Verulam Advisory our fixed fees for a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (solvent) start at just £1,950 + statutory disbursements (+VAT).

For a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation (insolvent) where, for example, there are no assets and the director or a third party are paying the costs, our fees start at just £3,500 + VAT.
